Why natural gas?

Because he simply wouldn’t work with anything else!

Besides cooking food perfectly, natural gas offers excellent energy performance. Louis McNeil recalls, “We once tried an electric stovetop. By the time it got hot enough to fry an egg, an entire breakfast had already been cooked on the natural gas stove!” Even apart from its energy performance and cost, natural gas is efficiency itself. “My cooks can make the food faster, so my servers are constantly moving and my customers are served quickly. A satisfied customer is a return customer.”

It’s clearly the most affordable option. And it’s a beautiful energy source! If I could, I’d do everything with natural gas. Unfortunately I haven’t yet figured out a way to make natural gas power a light bulb!
