Contact Énergir

Contact Énergir, one of our representative will help you manage the purchase and installation of your new equipment. Depending on your needs, we will direct you to the appropriate heating contractor -- an Énergir Certified Natural Gas Partner -- who will take care of installing your equipment. Of course, you can also have your equipment installed by a heating contractor who isn’t a certified partner. However, only Énergir Certified Natural Gas Partners can take all of the necessary steps enabling you to benefit from Énergir grants for the purchase and installation of your equipment. This is a simple way to make your life easier and ensure that you receive high quality work.

    A quality installation is guaranteed thanks to our Certified Partners. These are independent entrepreneurs and are all members of the Corporation des maîtres mécaniciens en tuyauterie du Québec (CMMTQ). They are subject to a number of strict quality controls and must hold a contractor's licence from the Régie du bâtiment du Québec (RBQ)

    Énergir’s Authorized Partner will give you a breakdown of the costs involved in purchasing and installing the natural gas equipment previously identified, as well as identifying any grants for which you are eligible. With their help, you will be able to choose the appropriate appliances, after which they will submit a detailed estimate of the overall costs, including the purchase and installation costs of each appliance. They will also apply all the grants for which you are eligible.

Installation of equipment

Once you have accepted the project proposal, Énergir’s Certified Partner will proceed with the installation of your new equipment, including an explanation of how it works. Afterwards, an Énergir technician will inspect to ensure the safety and security of your new installation. Once that is done, all that is left is for you to reap the benefits of your purchase.

    Costs vary depending on various criteria such as selected appliances, your current business facilities, etc. Prior to undertaking installation work, the Authorized Partner will submit a commitment-free estimate which will include the breakdown of the project costs (see step 2 of the connection process).
